We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about attending — so please choose carefully. However, we will assess each request on a case by case basis and endeavour to provide a solution where we can.
We are unable to refund the credit card fees included in your registration transaction, and if we agree to refund your purchase or part purchase, we will take 6% off your refund amount to cover fees and administration.
We will not process refunds after close of registration of the wilding pines conference as numbers will have been confirmed and payments made by then.
We are happy to transfer tickets for the conference, field trips and the evening event – please contact us by email on conference@wildingpinesnetwork.org.nz if you need this done.
