Conference 2023 presentations now available online
The presentations delivered at the 2023 Conference are now available to view.
Tickets
Registration for the Wilding Pines Conference 2023 is more expensive than in previous years, because like many things the costs of running and supporting events like this have increased significantly post COVID.
This year, for those who are unable to attend in person, we also have the option for delegates to view the 2 conference days online (Wednesday 18th and Friday 20th October). The registration cost to view the conference online is the same for registering in person, to reflect the additional cost of a technician to provide the gear and service to do this.
Registrations will close at 4pm on 3rd October for catering and logistics reasons. There will be no late registrations.

Transport
Our venue is a short and easy walk from central Queenstown where parking is a mission! When selecting accommodation we suggest you try and get something close to the venue so that you can walk. Check the accommodation location against that of the venue (there’s generally a map on the booking sites above).
If you have a vehicle, either leave it at your accomodation and walk to the venue or carpool. Boundary Street carpark (off Gorge Rd) is the closest one to the venue, but it fills up quickly. Public transport is also an option. See the links to Bus Information and Parking Information below.
